When you are sending out a survey to the employees below you in your hierarchy you may want to select specific levels of employees to send your survey to.
Here's how to do this:
Navigate to the "Schedule" step in your survey.
At the top of the page under "Who would you like to send your survey to?" choose "Select the hierarchy levels below me".
Then you will see the hierarchy levels appear under "Select the levels below you to send your survey to". Choose the levels you would like to send your survey to and proceed.
Note: If there is a minimum threshold setup on your account the total number of employees in the hierarchy levels you select must be greater than or equal to the threshold.
