Hierarchy Settings
To Access your Hierarchy Settings Navigate to the "Account Settings" page (top right in menu bar).
Click "Hierarchy" on the left menu.
Access Levels
To specify which levels within your organization have automated access to Surveybot, check each level you want to grant access.
Note: The levels displayed here are loaded based on the total levels within your organization.
Minimum descendents
Restrict the access of new users to Surveybot based on the number of descendants below that employee within the organization. To enable restrictions enter the minimum number of descendants.
Assign Role
When granting access to new users specify a role to restrict access to the Surveybot system.
Message users when they are granted access
When users are granted automated access you can send them a message via Work chat to notify them that they now have access to Surveybot.
